Queen’s Scout Award
Offshore sailing provides the perfect residential experience for you to use towards your Queen’s Scout Award and any of our sail training voyages of five days or more can qualify. An offshore sailing adventure is an environment in which team work is key and you will be working alongside other people whom you may not have met previously with the common aim of competing in a Tall Ships Race or completing an international voyage. Expect to have fun, but be challenged and learn new skills.
Alternatively, sailing may count towards certain other elements of the award, such as the physical activity or skills sections. More information is available via the links below or please contact your leader/award assessor.
